Yes. Once the festival is over you can request an online refund of your remaining credit, which will be paid into your bank account.
The online refund period runs from 25 August to 20 September 2026.
No requests are accepted once that period closes, so don't leave it until the last day.
Yes, this is essential. The codes that identify your balance are printed on the wristband, so without it the refund cannot be processed.
Keep it until the money reaches your account, and don't cut or tamper with it.
No. The codes printed on the wristband are the only way to access your balance. If you've lost it or thrown it away, the refund cannot be processed.
Requests aren't processed as they come in: they're all handled together once the request period closes. From that point, it will take 10 to 15 working days for the money to appear in your bank account.
It depends on where your bank account is held:
The 27 European Union countries plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
The United Kingdom and Switzerland are not part of the EEA, so transfers to those destinations are handled as international ones.
Yes. If you give us a European IBAN within the EEA — for example using digital accounts such as Revolut, N26 or a Wise multi-currency account — you'll receive the full refund at no cost, exactly as with a local account.
If you'd rather use your usual account, transfers are handled through Wise or similar providers to keep costs as low as possible. Charges vary by destination country and may include intermediary bank fees; you can estimate them using the calculator at wise.com before requesting your refund.
No. The extra 5% you got when topping up more than €100 during advance sales is promotional credit and is non-refundable. Only the amount actually loaded and left unspent is refunded.
No. The process is the same: keep the card and use its codes to request your refund online.
During the festival, go to the customer service desk at the Cashless point with your broken wristband and we'll give you a new one. The balance can only be kept if the wristband still has its chip.
No. Refunds are online only and only once the festival has finished, within the period stated above.
Email cashlessrototom2026@eventsnfc.com quoting your wristband code.
