The festival's open-air restaurant offers dishes to suit all tastes, with gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options.

The acclaimed Ethiopian cuisine of Restaurante Ethiopia, the fried fish of Magic Plaza, Baovan's bao bread sandwiches, the natural Ayurvedic juices of El Amanecer or the sweets and horchata of La Antigua Valenciana are among the gastronomic novelties of this 30th edition.
