Exemptions and discounts
- Free admission for minors under 13 years of age on the day the festival begins. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or have a written permission signed by their parents or guardians.
- Free admission for pensioners: adults who have reached the age of 65 on the day the festival begins.
- Free admission for people affected by a disability of more than 65%: people affected by severe motor deficits, people impaired by blindness and/or deafness and for people with severe mental health disability. The degree of disability must be proven with a certificate. If the person affected by a disability of more than 65% requires, due to the degree of his/her disability, the care of a companion, said companion may also access the Festival free of charge* (after a donation of €10 to an NGO of his/her choice).
- 50% discount for children between 13 and 17 years old. Minors between 13 and 17 years of age (at least on the day the Festival begins) at the time of ticket purchase will be entitled to a 50% discount on the retail price, the application of which will be conditional upon proof of age.
- Bono Cultural Joven: If you are a beneficiary you can buy your ticket with your Bono Cultural Joven card.
- 50% discount for people registered in Benicàssim: We put on sale tickets at a special price only for people registered in Benicàssim. Each applicant must bring to the festival box office the ID card and the certificate of registration in the municipal census (or registration form), must be registered for at least one year -from August 2024- and must be valid for less than 1 year, i.e., documents from before August 2023 are not valid. The delivery of both documents is mandatory to obtain the wristband for access to the concert venue. You can buy your ticket in advance here.
- On Wednesday, August 21, unemployed people in the province of Castelló will be able to purchase tickets at 10 €. They will only have to present at the box office the updated certificate of the Servef (not the DARDE) proving their unemployment status, accompanied by their ID card. Tickets are nominal and non-transferable.
To benefit from free access to the festival it is necessary to make a donation of €10 to one or more of the non-profit organizations listed on the Festival’s website. Otherwise, these persons must pay the retail price of the ticket. The donation will be managed by the organizer, acting as an intermediary, but the donor in any case will be the buyer who makes the donation, who may request the corresponding non-profit entity for its donation certificate.
In order for the application of the above discounts to be effective the interested party must provide proof of age, degree of disability or registration with the local authorities by showing a copy of your valid identity document (DNI, NIE, Passport…) and, if applicable, a copy of your census certificate at the time of redeeming your wristband at the Festival entrance.
In order to enjoy the discount for registered members, you must have been registered for at least one year on the day of the beginning of the festival and the document that justifies it must be less than 1 year old, that is to say, documents from before August 2023 are not valid. The delivery of both documents is mandatory to obtain the wristband for access to the concert venue.
Discounts are not cumulative and do not apply to camping services.
