The Family Zone is an area of the campsite just for families with children: one or two parents with their children, at least two people in total. It's in campsite area A, fenced, with a playground and controlled access. It's the greenest part of the campsite, with the most natural shade, and the quietest, as it's away from the busiest areas.

How to book

Book your Family Zone pitch when you buy your tickets or, if you already have your ticket, in the Buyer Portal. As well as the pitch, you need the Camping add-on. Pitch types and prices: Reserved pitches.

Tent or motorhome

• You can stay in a tent or in a motorhome, caravan or van equipped for sleeping. If you come in a motorhome, you also need the Camper add-on.
• Electricity is available for approved vehicles (16 A CEE/CETAC plug), never for tents. How to get it and what equipment you need: Camper Zone guide.

Access

• When you arrive, campsite staff check that you meet the conditions and give you an extra wristband to enter the zone.
• This wristband is personal: lending, selling or misusing it will get you removed from the campsite.

Rules

• This is a space for children and their families to play and rest: no disruptive, unhygienic, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities.
• You can't camp on a separate pitch as "friends" or "relatives" of a family.
• If you book here without children, your pitch will be swapped for another shaded pitch outside this zone.
• The organisation may remove anyone who doesn't respect these rules or disturbs the peace from the zone, or from the campsite.
