How can I recover the remaining credit?

Once the festival is over, you can request the refund of the remaining credit on your wristband on the festival website, which will be credited to your account.

The established period to request a refund is between August 24 and September 9, 2024. This refund will be made by bank transfer, so it may take a few days to receive it.

You must keep your wristband to make your return request online.
