I bought a ticket, but now I can't go. What should I do?
Tickets purchased during pre-sale are non-refundable: tickets can be transferred to third parties by making a NAME CHANGE through our ticketing system.
Procedure for the change of ticket holder:
- Access the Buyer's Portal with your ticket locator and the buyer's email address.
- Select the option "Change of name".
- Select the name and surname of the new assistant.
- Insert your card details and complete the payment.
To avoid the resale of tickets, this operation will have a cost of €10 if it is done during the same phase of the pre-sale in which the ticket was purchased. If the ticket is sold in a different pre-sale phase than the one in which it was purchased, it will be necessary to pay the difference in price with respect to the current price.
