I have received the confirmation email but I can't find my ticket.

The confirmation email that we send after completing a purchase contains an attached file called "ticket.pdf" that you can view with any .pdf file reader programme.

In the Buyer's Portal you can access your tickets at any time.

To access the festival you will need to display this file on paper or on screen on a mobile device.
