Modify you ticket or add complements
If you already have your ticket you can access the Buyer’s Portal with your email and locator and add at any time the complements you need (Camping, Glamping, plots, cashless top ups,…).
If you want to add complements to your ticket please follow these instructions:
- Access the buyer portal: https://mytickets.notikumi.com/es/login
- Enter the locator of the ticket you want to update (you can find it under the QR code on your ticket, please copy and paste to avoid possible mistakes) and your email that you used in the purchase (where you received the tickets).
- When accessing the information of your ticket you must click on the button ADD PRODUCTS TO YOUR TICKET
- You must fill in the Buyer Data but don't fill in the Data of the person who will attend (since you are not going to make a name change). Scroll down and select the complement you want to add and below select a payment method. Continue and complete the purchase. You will receive your updated ticket in your email.
