The cancellation of a single event does NOT entitle to any refund of the ticket. Refunds for 1-day tickets (not season tickets or mini-subscriptions) will only be accepted in the event of cancellation of all the shows scheduled for the day.
Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable: they can only be transferred to third parties through our online ticketing system*.
Procedure to change the ticket holder:
- Click on this link to change the name of your ticket.
- Log in with your ticket locator and the buyer's email address.
- Select the option “Change name”.
- Select the name and surname of the new assistant.
- Insert your credit card information and complete the payment*.

To avoid ticket resale, the cost of this change is 10€, in case your ticket still has the same price as when it was originally purchased. If the ticket price has increased you will have to pay the difference with the current price.
