Why are service fees applied to tickets?
To guarantee the security of transactions we use the services of a ticketing provider (Notikumi) who is in charge of managing ticket sales. They also guarantee that the purchase can be made from anywhere in the world with total security, using different types of credit and debit cards.
As is well known, banks charge fees for card transactions. Ensuring the security of transactions and keeping this whole system operational also has costs for Notikumi. This is why a “handling fee” is applied to your entry.
