All persons with a valid Festival + Camping ticket for the 17th may set up camp on August 16 and attend the Welcome Party free of charge. However, those with a valid ticket for the 18th to 22nd will only have free access to the Welcome Party on the 16th, not including camping.

Festents.com offers a tent rental service that will allow you to find your tent already set up and equipped with all the comforts when you arrive at the festival.

*Glamping tent prices are set by the service provider (Festents.com) and will increase as the festival dates approach. Please check the current price directly on the sales widget on the festival website.

NAME CHANGE

Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable: they can only be transferred to third parties by making a “change of ownership” through our online sales system. Procedure for changing ownership:
  1. Access the Buyer Portal with your ticket locator and the buyer's email address.
  2. Select the "change name" option.
  3. Select the first and last name of the new user.
  4. Enter your card details and complete the payment*.
Alert
To prevent ticket resale, the cost of this change is €11, provided that your ticket still has the same price as when it was originally purchased. If the ticket price has increased, you will have to pay the difference between the original price and the current price.
