1. Things you should know

  1. Rototom Sunsplash has adopted the Cashless bracelet to pay for everything at the festival.
  2. On your arrival you can exchange your ticket for your Cashless bracelet. If you do not wish to use the cashless system built into the wristband, you can request a wallet card at the designated locations. 
  3. Treat your Cashless bracelet or card with care – it’s like your wallet and Rototom Sunsplash does not accept responsibility for it.
  4. You can use your Cashless wristband throughout the festival.
  5. Exceptionally, it will be possible to use cash at the Open-Air Market stands that do not accept any other means of payment.

2. Top-up your bracelet

Online:

  1. Charge your wristband during the pre-sale and you will get an extra 5% if the recharge is over 100€ (the extra balance is non-refundable).
  2. You can top up your wristband during the ticket purchase process or, at any other time, by accessing the Buyer’s Portal.

At the Festival:

  1. At the festival's recharge points, you can recharge your bracelet or card with any amount, in cash or by card. Max top-up €500.
  2. You can top-up your bracelet as often as you like.

3. Pay in the festival

  1. You can pay with your Cashless wristband or card throughout the festival.
  2. Exceptionally, it will be possible to pay in cash at those stands that do not accept other means of payment.

4. Get a refund for all the money you haven't used

  1. Once the festival is over, you will be able to request your refund of the remaining credit online, which will be credited to your account.
  2. You must keep your bracelet or card to make your online refund request.
  3. The refund will be made by bank transfer at the end of the application period, so it may take a few days to receive it.
  4. Free return (no handling fee).

5. Remember that...

  1. You can check your balance at Cashless points and at any point of sale.
  2. You must keep your bracelet to make your online refund request.
  3. The use of your bracelet is personal and non-transferable. Rototom Sunsplash reserves the right not to accept cut, torn or visibly manipulated wristbands.

      We use reusable cups throughout the Festival. You will have to pay a deposit that you will be able to recover through the cashless system once you have returned the glass.
