How can I know how much credit I have on my wristband?
You can check it at any time at the self-service totems and Cashless points on site, or at any point of sale (bars, food stalls, market, merchandise): ask for your balance and hold your wristband to the reader. More in the Cashless guide.
If my wristband breaks, can I get my balance back?
Yes, as long as the wristband still has its chip. Take your broken wristband to the Cashless customer service desk and we'll give you a new one with your balance.
Can the bracelet get wet?
Yes, you can shower or bathe at the beach with it and you will not have any problem.

No, the wristband is free: we give it to you at the box office when you exchange your ticket (including if you buy your ticket there).
How can I top up my bracelet?
You can top up your wristband (or wallet card) online, when you buy your tickets or at any time in the Buyer Portal, or at the festival's top-up points, in cash or by card. Conditions and the extra credit for topping up in advance: Cashless guide.
What happens if I have no funds in my bracelet?
Don't worry, you can recharge your bracelet as many times as you want in any recharge area in a fast, simple and safe way.
